Tracy Carlson, AADP

Tracy Carlson was extremely ill for the first half of her life. Childhood abuse and trauma resulted in chronic health conditions, including an eating disorder that began at age 6. The conventional medical system failed, pushing prescription medications and providing no answers.

The turning point came after the birth of her son, who was born with serious health issues as well. The search for answers led her to a Naturopathic Doctor. Within two weeks, both of them were significantly better! It was here that she learned the power of food to change your health and also the regenerative ability of the body.

This began a life-changing journey physically, emotionally, spiritually, and professionally. At this time, she had been working in Phase 1 Clinical Research trials, and it was completely incongruent with her newly found lifestyle. She enrolled in Nutrition school, studied with the Institute for Functional Medicine, then received certifications in Plant-based Nutrition and Plant-based Medicine.

Most recently, she has added Advanced Certified Zone Practitioner to her list of credentials. The Zone Technique is a spinal cord stimulation technique that resets brain signaling, allowing the brain to properly communicate with the systems of the body, balancing and tapping into the body’s innate healing abilities. The results of the Zone Technique are unparalleled and it has completely revolutionized her practice.

Today, Tracy owns Alive Health Integrative Wellness in San Antonio, Texas, and has recently opened a second location in The Woodlands, Texas. She specializes in the Zone Technique and Integrative Nutrition. Her mission is to help others know that they are Divinely created to heal and there is freedom on the other side of pain and illness.
